Stock Count Sheet
A count sheet you can fill in on a phone or computer, print blank for counting by hand, save as PDF, or download as CSV for Excel. Built for blind counts.
How to use the sheet
- Fill in the count details, or press Print a blank sheet to count on paper.
- Write one line per item per location. If the same item is in two bins, use two lines.
- Record batch or lot numbers where your stock is batch-controlled.
- Recount anything that looks wrong before the sheet is signed.
- Compare the counts with the system in the Stock Count Variance Calculator, then save or download the sheet for your records.
Why there is no system quantity column
Counters who can see the expected quantity tend to find it. A blind count, where the counter records only what is physically there, gives a more honest result. Compare with the system afterwards. The guide on stock record accuracy explains how to read and act on the differences.
